go to Google now, and see it your self. Check their latest favicon, a blank white icon huh? Yeah, Google have decided to not use any favicon anymore. That is because many of you said that Google new favicon is ugly, Google new Favicon is stupid, Google new Favicon is The Worsticon of The Year TM
Go there and see it by your self. Can’t see it? Don’t worry, not all people have great good luck as I do

as u know , Google is the biggest search Engine in the web , so what does it mean ??
BINGO !!! THEY BRING YOU ALL PAGES IN THE WEB , SO THEY CHOSEN THIS FAVICON (empty icon ) TO SAY THAT THERE IS NO STABLE CONTENT IN THEIR PAGE , ALL THE WEB HAS BEEN VACUUMED BY http://www.google.com .

Why you guys are saying it a worst icon, I loved that
Blends well with light colors of common Browsers and it’s seems a infinity {i.e. Google ;)} symbol which is just rotated by 90 degree
I don’t know if it’s just be or not but the google favicon is back. I can see it right now. Now why did they bring it back?? Did they finally find out that no matter what favicon they put on google we will hate it? Maybe after a few years we will be able to love the favicon and complain when google removes/changes it.
