Widgetbucks via their newsletter announce that starting on the coming December, they will offer a CPM Ads for International Traffics. That is a good news of course since the last time they announced that they pay traffics came from North America only.
Now this is probably your chance to make money with Widgetbucks. Here is a copy quote from their official blogger blog
At the time a user visits a page containing the widget, we will sense the geographic location of the visitor. If they are in the U.S. and/or Canada, the user will see the normal WidgetBucks widget. If the user is outside those two countries, then our system will determine a country- specific CPM ad to display. We are currently working with advertisers covering 100 countries and offering thousands of creatives to ensure that site visitors will be monetized for your benefit. All ads are restricted against adult or other suggestive themes.
So now they finally have a sense of visitors geographic location

It’s true, from my personal experienced when I tried widgetbucks widget ads on this site, their CTR was so low. That’s why I removed widgetbucks from this site. If only we could set it to show all the CPM ads only, it would be definitely a good solution.
Now the problem is that the Country-spesific CPM Ad, as they said they currently are working with advertisers covering 100 countries, that means if your visitors came from outside of that 100 countries, still you’ll not gonna make money!
But it’s a good progress anyway. Let’s give them a chance and support, if they really a good money maker, then I might put their widget back on this site

widgetbucks are improving but like most of us I would like to see them allow us to choose to display cpm ads only. I have never tried them but I’m considering on joining widgetbucks.
Can anyone explain what is CPM and CPC ads…
CPS means Cost per Million,oops, how could i did so many mistyped?! tired i guessCPM = cost per thousand impression. So with cpm ads, you will get paid for 1 million views of your ads.
CPC means Cpst per Click, you will be paid each time your readers click on the ads.add more explain anyone?

if they really give us a good range with their CPM, then i will probably go with them again
CPS = cost per million? woah it will take something to generate one million views
and I thought that it was CPM = cost per thousand impressions. But it will probably take a million views to reach the payout of most CPM publisher programs.

they have them both. but both are so low
widgetbucks looks promising because they give us a big price per cpm. we can make up to $7 per thousand impression.

Hello Jack, thanx 4 all of yours tutorial.I have widgetbucks ads placed in my website where the most of traffic come from Indonesia.But, when i see my widgetbucks CPM revenue, i see nothing.I think the CPM that they mean is how much you can get from clicks every 1000 pageload, not from showing their ads to the visitor.It’s true?I think its better use adbrite for my cpm banner.Andos
