I used to say “ok, just send me your username and temporary password, i will do it with your blog”, but now not anymore 
I just knew that now blogger allow another user as ad Administrator too. So I can now login to your blogger account with my own username and password. That means you don’t have to send your username and password anymore. Now it’s simpler, just add me / invite me as your blog contributer, then temporarily, grant me access as Administrator so I can help you solve your problem with your blogger template.
How to do?
update:
Before you do this steps, first send me email and tell me what do you want me to do with your blog, so I can accept your invitation.
ok now,
1. Go to you blogger dashboard - setting - permission
it would be something like this
2. Now click the Add Author, and type my email on the box.
type lifewg @ gmail . com (with no space of course)
then click invite, the red button.
3. Now i will receive your invitation, and accept it. after i accept your invitation, you will see a small link to grant me admin access priviledges.
Click that link “Grant admin priviledges”
4 .Now I can do help you solve your problem with your blogger template.
soon after I finish with your problem, you can remove my access on your blogger account.

I think there is no hack for top commentator for blogger/blogspot yet. I have not found that in this blog. Maybe I am wrong.
I think it would be impossible to make this hack because of the changes that google did to the comment form.
You could always do it manually, count how many comment a person has made and post it in your sidebar.
Anyway, lets just wait for Jack’s official reply.

He has a top commentator list at the top of the posts and I don’t belive he does it manually 
well to be honest, i think that is possible to get the top commentators.
but it would be pretty complicated, but it worth a try.

BTW Jack can I add pictures at the fresh template. I am using it for my new blog and I created a logo but when I upload it at page elements it does not shows. Can you tell me how to fix this problem

After that I added all those pages, and my plan was to add my logo in front of the title (so the title should be hidden) but the logo doesn’t shoves up and the title is there again. i think you have to explain me step by step what we you doing with your smorty post.
you should have no problem with iframe there on your template/theme.
or did you add iframe inside the post?
This is what smorty told me.”http://www.i-mint.info/ is placed in an iframe, pelase remove this Iframe and we will approve your blog and your posts will work, until then we have banned this blog”
actually what is iframe?
iFrame is an element of HTML, which i see on your site is none.
i guess it’s smorty’s system bug that detects iframe on your site.
why don’t you try to send email to smorty representative and ask for some help?

There is nothing wrong in the system. You need a post URL to submit your post. To find the post url just click on your post title.The address on your browser is your post url. But you don’t have any .It means you have iframe on your blog.Please search on Google carefully and submit your post again.
